- Care to share a little about yourself?
- We are chartered by the Methodist Men of Magnolia United Methodist Church in Suffolk, Virginia. Our Pack is part of the Colonial Trail District in the Colonial Virginia Council of Boy Scouts of America.
The boys in our Pack attend home, private and public schools. All are welcome and we are currently accepting new members as we gear up for the 2009-2010 school year.

I have been in Hampton Roads (used to be called Tidewater) since 1974, but did not know of Hampton Roads.com Community Group until a couple of weeks ago. After visiting this group, I found this forum has been underutilized and missed the purpose as a social network that can greatly help each other meet lots of needs.
As a physician and the author of a new book, "Carbohydrates Can Kill" I love to share my knowledge about diet and health with you and others, I want to know if you are interested in joining me in a group, "Diet and Health", which I may want to create depending on the enthusiasm of the forum membership .
